Grooming Supplies (PRE-ORDER)

How will the pre-order work for Grooming Supplies (PRE-ORDER)?

  1. Customer places order through website or by email to info@brunetdogtraining.ca. Payment must be made at time of purchase.
  2. Brunet Dog Training will close orders on 15 January 2025
  3. Orders will be submitted to the vendor on 16 January 2025.
  4. Customers will be notified once the order has been placed with vendor. Please allow a few business days after 16 January 2025 for us to email you.
  5. Once Brunet Dog Training has received shipping notification, customers will be informed that the shipment is in transit. We will not provide expected delivery dates due to potential delays with couriers.
  6. Once received, our team will process the order within 3-5 business days. Shipping and pick-up notifications will be sent to customers as their order is complete. Pick-up is in Hammonds Plains.

How to Ruff Land Pre-Orders work?

  1. Customer places order through website or by email to rufflandorders@brunetdogtraining.ca. Payment must be made at time of purchase.
  2. Brunet Dog Training will specify the date which orders close.
  3. Orders will be submitted to the vendor once the orders on our website close.
  4. Brunet Dog Training will make a post on Facebook once the order has been placed with vendor.
  5. Once Brunet Dog Training has received shipping notification, customers will be informed that the shipment is in transit by a Facebook post. We will not provide expected delivery dates due to potential delays with couriers and broker clearances.
  6. Once received, our team will process the order as soon as possible. Shipping and pick-up notifications will be sent to customers as their order is complete. Pick-up is at Ace It Canine Academy in Harrietsfield, NS.   We are able to ship to most of Canada for an additional cost. If there are other local pickup options such as upcoming conformation shows, we will post on Facebook and on our website.
