Refund policy


You can always contact us for any return question at info@brunetdogtraining.ca.

  • Refunds or exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to ordering.
  • Refunds are NOT accepted on pre-orders, Ruff Land kennels, K&J crates.
  • Refunds and returns are subject to a fee of 5% of the order. 
  • Items must be unused and in new, resellable condition to be considered for returns.  Tags and provided labels must be intact and not removed from product.

Ruff Land Kennels and Accessories

Refund Information: We do not accept returns on any Ruff Land Kennels,  or opened/used products.  Shipping and credit card processing fees (5%) are non-refundable. If your product is damaged or defective, please email rufflandorders@brunetdogtraining.ca asap. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon pick-up/ delivery and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@brunetdogtraining.ca.

Shipping and credit card processing fees (5%) are non-refundable.
