Our first few orders will be pre-order only. We will open the orders for a limited time. Once available on the website, customers will be able to select the Ruffland products that they would like to purchase. Payment is due at time of purchase, not upon delivery. Once the orders are closed, they will be submitted to Ruffland. We are unable to estimate delivery dates as it is out of our control. If any products are not available when we submit the order, you will be notified. An alternate product or refund will be offered.

Pick-up is at Ace It Canine Academy in Harrietsfield, Nova Scotia. Pick-up instructions will be provided to customers.

Yes!! We do not guarantee that we will be able to order all limited edition colours, but we will do our best. These orders will only be open for 48 hours as stock is limited and we do not want our customers missing out! Keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for updates on limited edition colours.
