Payment is due at time of purchase, not upon delivery. Once the orders are closed, they will be submitted to Ruffland. We are unable to estimate delivery dates as it is out of our control. Most of our orders arrive in 2-3 months. If any products are not available when we submit the order, you will be notified. An alternate product or refund will be offered.

Yes!! We do not guarantee that we will be able to order all limited edition colours, but we will do our best. These orders will only be open for a limited time as stock is limited and we do not want our customers missing out! Keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for updates on limited edition colours.

Save 5% when you pay by e-transfer. Discount applies if you e-mail us to place your order. If you choose e-transfer as your payment option at checkout, please email us BEFORE sending your e-transfer so that we can apply the discount manually to your invoice.
